Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while handling routine store tasks. You will greet guests, assist with purchases at the POS, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to work outdoors or in cooler conditions.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliability of transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas and complete paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale in accordance with corporate standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and handle vendor-related concerns.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
