Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notcha guest experience while ensuring store tasks are completed efficiently.

You will greet guests, operate the point of sale, maintain safety and cleanliness, stock shelves, and collaborate with management to address guest requests. This role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS, handle cash and follow cash controls.
• Support housekeeping, stocking, and replenishment tasks.
• Communicate guest needs and vendor concerns with management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conducts gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
