Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St Louis, MO is seeking a Public Area Attendant to uphold cleanliness and guest-ready presentation across lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting spaces, and more.

This fast-paced hospitality role rewards reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, with opportunities to support Housekeeping and Operations teams. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred; flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, fitness centers, restaurants, and guest-facing areas.
• Ensure public areas remain clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout shifts.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, polish, and remove trash according to hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish restroom supplies, cleaning products, towels, amenities, and operational items as needed.
• Monitor public areas for cleanliness, safety concerns, maintenance issues, and operational readiness throughout the day.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, housekeeping calls, and operational support needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets, storage areas, carts, and cleaning equipment.
• Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, safety hazards, and operational issues promptly to leadership teams.
