Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, janitorial, facilities, cleaning, or operational experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across hotel public spaces (lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness centers, meeting spaces, guest-facing areas).
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, supplies, rollaway beds, cribs and other items to guestrooms and public areas.
• Assist Room Attendants and leadership with operational support, deep cleaning projects, and room readiness.
• Remove trash and debris from guest floors and service areas.
• Maintain housekeeping closets and carts in clean, organized condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report maintenance or safety concerns.
