In this role you will move on the floor to engage guests, support store operations, and participate in seamless omnichannel programs while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences and connect with guests.
• Provide product education and articulate benefits of items.
• Assist with omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store, ship from store, and phone sales.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with inventory and restocking.
