Wischermann Partners, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Guest Services Agent to service guest needs before, during, and after stays. You will be knowledgeable about all hotel activities and assist with check-in/check-out while delivering an elevated guest experience.

You will anticipate guest needs, maintain guest history records, and ensure safety and inter-department communication. The role requires energy, teamwork, and a professional appearance in line with hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a Guest Services position at a full-service hotel.
• Must have a High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform Front Office functions to prepare and execute the ideal guest experience.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to all guests.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes for all guests.
• Maintain a high-quality database of guest history and preferences.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and facilitate inter-department communication.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area and attend pre-shift meetings.
