Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and related reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payment processing following company guidelines.
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues using Make it Right process.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety, security and daily paperwork are completed.
• Process reservations and promote hotel services, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts; perform routine daily tasks.
