Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Louisville to help guests, answer questions, and guide them through the store experience. You will greet customers, respond to needs, and promote Target services such as Drive Up, Order Pickup, and loyalty programs.

The role is fast-paced, physical, and requires teamwork, flexibility, and a welcoming attitude. Training will cover policies, safety, and product knowledge to ensure guests have a seamless shopping experience.
