Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service in person or by telephone and assist with questions.
• Operate cash register and assist with self-checkouts.
• Process transactions including cash, checks, credit cards, and coupons.
• Handle refunds, credits, money orders, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, stocked department and follow safety procedures.
• Inform customers about store programs and promotions.
