Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service in person or by telephone and direct calls to the appropriate department.

• Operate cash register and assist guests with self-checkouts; handle various products.
• Maintain a clean, stocked department and follow safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines.
• Inform customers about store programs, promotions, and coupons; assist with pricing issues.
