Job summary

Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin is seeking a Houseperson to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You deliver amenities, assist with special items, and help daily operations run smoothly to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include cart upkeep, area cleaning, item delivery, restocking, and adhering to policies. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience in a similar role or transferable hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with the company culture.
• Empty Guest Room Attendant carts and assist with trash and linen removal.
• Clean public and back-of-house areas (floors, stairs, elevators, walls, mirrors, fixtures).
• Deliver and retrieve guest items (beds, cribs, refrigerators, coffee pots, toiletries).
• Restock and maintain locker rooms, supply closets, and deliver cleaning products to attendants.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, policies, and Title 31 where applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and team members that meets standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
