Job summary

Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Houseperson to help create a clean, welcoming environment by delivering amenities and assisting with linens and trash. You’ll support daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience and join a team driven by service excellence.

This role requires 18+ years old, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior housekeeping experience helps.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in a similar role or transferable skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Empty Guest Room Attendant carts and assist with trash and soiled linen.
• Clean public and back-of-house areas, including floors, stairs, elevators, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Deliver and retrieve guest items such as bed rails, cribs, refrigerators, coffee pots, and toiletries.
• Restock and maintain locker rooms, supply closets, and deliver cleaning products and equipment to Guest Room Attendants.
