Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
• You're highly creative, with strong interpersonal skills!
• Professional phone etiquette, writing skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently; handle simple to complex transactions including credit cards and cash; greet guests and direct them to rooms, events, or meetings.
• Answer guest questions with accurate information on hours, local attractions, and directions.
• Handle guest complaints, research solutions, negotiate outcomes, and stay calm during emergencies or busy periods.
• Maintain the resort lobby’s appearance and organize furniture; perform other duties as assigned by management.
