Job summary

Ice Skate Memorial City in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Guest Services Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and guiding visitors through our programs and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information.
• Provide courteous, first-class service to all guests.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, dates/times).
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Record waivers and event information.
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and team member information.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate to the manager as needed.
• Know and enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments.
