Job summary

Portland Sports Complex is seeking an energetic Events Team Member to serve as the first point of contact for guests and to ensure memorable experiences. The role focuses on guest services, event coordination, and maintaining a high level of hospitality within a busy sports venue in Portland, TX.

You will assist with ticketing, waivers, party details, and communications with on-duty staff to ensure smooth event execution, set-up, and post-event wrap-up.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent guest service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins, etc.
• Operate multi-line phones and record event information.
• Record and file waivers and event scores; print game sheets daily.
• Resolve guest concerns and refer to Manager as needed.
• Enforce facility policies and procedures; complete special projects as directed.
