Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional interaction with all levels.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and count back change accurately.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling discipline.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within service time guidelines.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Notifies manager of any customer issues or complaints.
• Manages cash drawer and counts it at end of shift for accuracy.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions or equipment problems.
• Rotates products and maintains clean display and service areas.
• Maintains napkin, cup, lid supply and iced tea stock.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
