Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a Front-of-House Team Member in Columbus, OH to provide friendly, efficient service. You will take and fill orders, handle payments, upsell products as directed, and ensure accurate cash handling at the register.

You will greet guests, maintain display and product rotation, and keep the service area clean while supporting fast-paced operations and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a sincere smile and a friendly attitude.
• Takes and fills the customer’s order within company mandated service time.
• Suggests up-sell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers order to customer.
• Counts cash drawer and ensures accuracy at end of shift.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any issues or discrepancies.
• Rotates and displays products attractively and maintains cleanliness in service areas.
• Stocks napkins, cups, lids, and beverages; maintains iced tea levels.
