Job summary

Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests and manage front-desk operations. You will answer phones, direct inquiries, update logs, and assist with daily reporting to support a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing Guest Services procedures.
• Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
• Directs phone calls to the appropriate person.
• Maintains desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log.
• Produces Daily Reports: Daily Update, Performance Metrics.
• Walks around showroom hourly to offer refreshments to guests.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Scheduled shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
