Job summary

Global Partners LP is looking for a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations in a fast-paced environment. You'll greet guests, assist with purchases at the point of sale, and help maintain cleanliness and stock, while following safety and security policies.

The role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekends or holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required.
• Ability to operate POS and basic computer tasks.
• Flexible availability including day, night, weekends or holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
