Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Server to deliver exceptional guest service, suggest menu options, and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. You will interact with patrons in a friendly, timely manner and collaborate with team members to uphold our standards of hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of serving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with a point-of-sale system; ServSafe or TIPS certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience serving is required.
• Ability to work in a high energy, demanding environment.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and making change.
• Excellent communication in English and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions to guests.
• Take orders, deliver meals, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
• Handle cash, process POS transactions, and balance at shift end.
• Work with team to ensure smooth service and guest experience.
