Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Host to greet guests, seat diners, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will coordinate with front-of-house staff, manage seating and wait times, and help ensure a warm, welcoming experience for all guests.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a high-energy setting. Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Food and Beverage experience in a full service setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and endure standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and ensure proper server rotation.
• Process to-go orders quickly and accurately in the POS system.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Assist servers and food runners as needed and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Respond to customer concerns and provide a memorable guest experience.
