Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Server to join the Dining team. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, open availability Monday–Sunday including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Present menus and provide menu recommendations.
• Take and enter guest orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages with accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Complete opening, running side work, and closing duties as assigned.
