Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences at the Arcadia property. The role includes greeting guests, handling reservations, registrations, payments, and check-outs, and maintaining front desk operations with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will respond to guest requests, guide them through services, and resolve issues using ESA’s Make it Right program, while upholding brand standards and cross-functional collaboration with hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience with front desk operations.
• Proficient in using a property management system.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling and records.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in/out and collect payment.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve guest issues using ESA's Make it Right process.
• Maintain an organized front desk and guest areas.
