Job summary

Urth Caffé Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and empower the cafe team, ensuring high-quality food and beverage production and exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, uphold service standards, and foster a warm, welcoming environment that makes Urth Caffé a favorite gathering spot.

As a Shift Manager, you’ll drive daily operations, manage inventory and safety, and motivate your team to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

Experience in shift leadership in a cafe or similar setting.
Strong customer service skills and ability to train staff.
Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
