Job summary

Urth Caffe in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and empower the team, ensuring high-quality food and beverage production while coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will cultivate a warm, welcoming environment and actively contribute to a culture of service excellence.

You will manage daily operations, oversee inventory and safety, and drive performance to support growth of the cafe and its community.
