Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling procedures.
• Willingness to supervise on-shift staff and maintain standards.
• Good communication and attentiveness to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare shakes, ice cream, sundaes, and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions accurately.
• Keep shelves and equipment clean, stocked and in good order.
• Adhere to alcohol/tobacco laws and company policies.
