Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader for our franchised location in Fayetteville, AL. You will coach Crew Members, uphold Dunkin’ standards, and drive a great guest experience on every shift.

Responsibilities include training teammates, maintaining service quality, and enforcing safety, cleanliness, and cost controls while delivering consistent performance during busy periods. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High school diploma (or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Coaching Crew Members throughout shift to execute Dunkin’ Donuts standards and deliver a great guest experience.
• Assist with training and development of team; communicate goals and accountability.
• Maintain guest focus, ensure service quality, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support cost control measures and follow brand and franchisee policies.
