Merlin Entertainments in Dallas seeks a lively Guest Experience Host for Peppa Pig World of Play Dallas to create magical moments for families. You’ll be a character, storyteller, and memory-maker, engaging with children and guests while maintaining a playful, safe environment.

Bring energy, strong communication, and a passion for entertaining. You’ll support story time, interactive experiences, and keep queues flowing with a smile.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service.
• Energetic, dynamic personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Be a character, storyteller, entertainer, and memory-maker through guest interactions and story time.
• Delight guests of all ages by engaging families and children during experiences.
• Support story time and interactive experiences with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Cross-train across attraction areas to help create an amazing guest experience.
• Keep attraction areas clean, organized, and safe for play.

Delight Guests of All AgesConnect with families, engage children through play and activities, and ensure every guest leaves smiling.

Support Story Time & Interactive ExperiencesUse your enthusiasm and creativity to captivate young audiences. Experience working with children, camps, childcare, education, or family entertainment is a huge plus!

Cross-Train & Pitch InLearn multiple areas of the attraction and jump in wherever needed to help create an amazing experience for guests.

Keep Adventures FlowingManage queues safely and efficiently, ensuring every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Pay Range

USD $14.25/Hr.
