LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Columbus, OH seeks a Guest Experience Shift Lead to help lead our team in delivering playful, safe, and extraordinary experiences for families.

You will work with front-line teams, operate rides and the 4D Cinema, and create a fun atmosphere where guests feel like VIPs. A high school diploma and guest-service background are required; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guest experience operations and supervise front-line teams.

• Coach and mentor Guest Experience Hosts; provide feedback and recognition.
• Respond to guest questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Support attraction operations including rides and the 4D Cinema.
