Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader for our Skyport restaurant location in Denver. You will support restaurant managers, help set the tone, ensure memorable guest experiences, and cross-train across all positions.

The role emphasizes product quality and consistent service during the scheduled shift. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1+ years in a restaurant. ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and be courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production of product and service.
• Maintain a professional, positive atmosphere and good morale.
• Communicate with management and employees using the 7Shifts Log.
• Keep the restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Train and develop team members on station processes and procedures.
• Assist in inventory and follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and logs.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and promptly.
