Job summary

Stonebridge in Houston, Texas seeks a Guest Services Assistant to support hotel operations across front desk, reservations, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments. The intern will shadow hotel employees, assist with day-to-day duties, and help execute hotel programs while following property policies.

Key duties include greeting guests, coordinating VIP arrivals, assisting in sales and catering activities, and maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk, reservations, night audit, and guest services.
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after stay via personalized emails.
• Greet guests and provide warm, personalized service throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Support Sales and Catering meetings and follow-up communications.
• Maintain brand standards and confidentiality.
