Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods for accommodation.
• Keep accurate guest records using property management systems.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and provide change.
• Balance cash accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Issue room keys and relay instructions to bell staff.
• Review accounts and charges with guests during checkout.
• Post charges for rooms and services to ledgers.
