Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in New Orleans seeks a server to provide guests with quality service, delivering food and beverages punctually, courteously, and accurately, while advocating for the restaurant and crafting personal guest experiences.

You will build relationships that encourage repeat visits, learn the menu and wine knowledge, and collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and high standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with quality customer service by demonstrating knowledge of menu items.
• Serve food and beverages in a punctual, courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
• Act as an advocate for the restaurant and create personal guest experiences to encourage return visits.
• Greet and welcome guests, attend to tables, take orders, and process in POS quickly.
