Job summary

You will work in a fast-paced setting, maintain table cleanliness, handle payments, and support teammates to ensure a smooth shift. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong knowledge of dining room service procedures and functions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests using the steps of service.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes; promote value-driven items.
• Make menu recommendations including cocktails, wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages and assist teammates as needed.
• Ensure timely service and maintain table cleanliness.
