Tandem Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Restaurant Server to ensure every guest leaves satisfied with a memorable dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to exceed expectations.

Weekend availability is required and you will maintain high standards of grooming and service. Proficiency with POS systems and OpenTable is preferred, along with a focus on accuracy in revenue handling and guest relations.

Qualificações

• One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred.
• Prior guest relations training.
• Knowledge of proper food handling.
• Strong written/verbal communications skills.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, courtesy and teamwork.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance required.
• Food safety training and certification as described by law.
• Experience with MS Office/Google and restaurant POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all customers warmly.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
• Prepare dining tables for service, lay out napkins and utensils, refill condiments, and perform side-work.
• Take guest food and beverage orders accurately.
• Know current menu, specialties, and deviations.
• Handle table assignments, seating, suggestions, and convey needs to cooks.
• Ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Open and pour wine tableside.
• Record revenue and process payments (cash, card, room charges, direct billing).
• Perform basic cleaning and assist with events as needed.
• Answer telephone using appropriate etiquette and communicate with team.
• Develop positive working relationships with coworkers.
