Encore Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional dining experiences, presenting menus, answering questions, and making recommendations. You will upsell specials and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask across multiple tables, and knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Flexible work hours and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior server experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple tables and orders.
