Qualifications

• Know the restaurant's food and beverage menu.
• Serve 3 to 6 tables at a time after training.
• Ability to upsell alcohol and food items.
• Use a computer to ring orders and process payments.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables quickly.
• Check IDs to ensure guests are 21+ when serving alcohol.
• Communicate with managers about unhappy guests.
• Take and fill to-go orders when applicable.
