Qualifications

• Experience as a server or in a food service role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to orders and menu.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guest needs.
• Cleans and sanitizes service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety.
• Ensures security of company assets.
