Qualifications

• Experience as a server or in food service is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures is required.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests according to orders or banquet menu.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and other offerings.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs when required.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Breaks down and cleans food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and sanitation procedures.
