Job summary

InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a server to deliver attentive food and beverage service in a fast-paced airport setting. You will know the menu, promote specials, and promptly input orders into the POS system to ensure accurate delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year of progressive service experience, a tips certification or willingness to obtain it, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Airport badge is not required; a $250 welcome bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Progressive food & beverage service experience is required.
• Tips certification or willingness to take the course is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge of menu and promotions, including ingredients and prep.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input in POS system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Maintain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages per regulations.
• Keep serving station well-stocked at all times.
• Perform side work and any duties designated by supervisor.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with work schedule.
• Adhere to dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor.
