Job summary

Rib Crib BBQ Owasso is seeking a Server to greet and seat guests, present menus, and ensure quick, courteous service in a dining room setting. You will take orders, relay to kitchen, and assist with beverage service while upholding Rib Crib standards.

Responsibilities include handling calls, catering inquiries, managing check payments, and maintaining clean tables and stations. Prioritize teamwork and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication to serve guests and supervise dining room activities.
• Basic math concepts to total costs and make change.
• Proficient use of restaurant equipment and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests using Rib Crib greeting and the six steps of service.
• Present menu, answer questions, upsell menu items with sizzle words.
• Answer calls, take call-in orders and catering questions.
• Record guests’ orders on checks and relay orders to the kitchen.
• Serve courses and manage bar items as needed.
• Observe dining experience and respond to guest requests; assist as needed.
• Total bills, process payments, and clear/reset tables.
