Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Present menu, answer questions, and upsell items.
• Answer calls, take to-go orders, and assist catering queries.
• Record orders and relay to kitchen; serve courses.
• Prepare drinks/desserts and stock service bars as needed.
• Observe dining experiences and respond to requests as needed.
• Total bill, accept payment, and assist cashier if required.
• Clear and reset tables; demonstrate teamwork and flexibility.
