Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat all guests using Rib Crib's greeting and six steps of service.
• Present menu, answer questions, and suggest menu items.
• Answer phone calls, take orders, and handle catering inquiries as needed.
• Record orders on the check and relay orders to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and assist with drinks and desserts.
• Observe guest experiences and ensure smooth check-out and table turnover.
