Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat all guests using standard Rib Crib greeting.
• Present menu, answer questions, and suggestively sell menu items.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate persons.
• Record guests’ orders on the check and relay to the kitchen.
• Prepare and suggest drinks and desserts.
