Job summary

You will work with a team to maintain a clean dining room, relay orders using the Nigel POS system, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout every visit. Prior hospitality experience and strong communication help you thrive in our family atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to wipe down surfaces and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Transporting items and staying mobile during shifts.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make recommendations regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the Nigel POS system.
• Observe and serve guests, responding to any needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table.
• Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.
