Job summary

The role requires the ability to stand 4–8 hours, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand standards and service quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent guest service and communication.
• Able to treat guests with courtesy and attentiveness.
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and processing payments.
• Familiar with operating a POS system and basic menu knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take and deliver orders.
• Suggestively sell and achieve guest satisfaction targets.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and handle payments.
• Assist other staff to ensure total guest satisfaction.
