Job summary

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel is seeking servers to join our restaurant team. As a server you will provide exceptional guest service, take and deliver orders, and maintain a clean dining area. You will handle cash/credit transactions, answer guest inquiries, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and enter them into the restaurant's ordering system.
• Serve food and drinks to customers and ensure orders are correct and presented attractively.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and balance receipts at the end of each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and assigned station during service.
