Qualifications

• Must be able to complete the Florida Responsible Vendor program.
• Must complete food safety certification program.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests at the restaurant.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collect payments and ensure transactions are correct.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to assess guests’ demeanor

Efficient in using POS systems

Knowledge of Food & Beverage menus

Ability to perform physical tasks

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
