Job summary

Hyatt Regency Miami is seeking a Food Server Assistant to support food servers and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced downtown hotel. You will assist with serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, maintaining tables and coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications include strong communication, a willingness to work AM/PM shifts, holidays and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and visitors with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner based on Forbes Service Standards.
• Clear, clean and reset all dining tables and chairs.
• Serve beverages, drinks and snacks to visitors and guests.
• Coordinate with other servers to ensure proper service to guests.
• Ensure Hyatt’s steps of service are followed.
