Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods in Mescalero, NM is seeking a Server for Apache Tee, Broken Arrow Tap House, Red Hat Grille, and Casino F&B. You will take orders, serve guests, upsell, describe specials, and work as part of a team in a busy dining room.

Greet guests, ensure satisfaction, handle pre-bussing, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and obtain a liquor server license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; liquor server license required.
• Must be able to obtain liquor server license.
• Mescalero Apache tribal preference; bicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders, check I.D. for alcoholic beverages, and process guest orders.
• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure proper presentation.
• Upsell specials and describe menu items to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area; pre-buss and reset tables as needed.
• Provide guests with directions or information and handle comments/complaints professionally.
